delivery and customs

You should receive an email with your order confirmation after paying, please check the spam folder in your email if you do not see it. I will update you on your order through email.

Shipping within Iceland takes 5-7 days. International shipping takes 15-30 days.

If you are looking to get something before a specific date feel free to contact me via email to see if we can arrange a speedier delivery, this might be more expensive though.

You are responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order upon receiving it. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

returns

My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, this is after you receive your item. Please contact me with via email at astakarenkeramik@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving your item, if you would like to return something.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be delivered to me via post and packed in accordingly as to arrive safely. If the piece is damaged on the way that is not my responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for other ones that are available in the store. Please contact me directly via email if you would like to do so. Also if an item is damaged.

Shipping returns

Please email me to receive a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
